Apostle Leroy Williams
Apostle Leroy Williams a licensed and ordained Pastor/Chaplain of the Gospel of Christ as well as Prophet, Evangelist & Teacher who has been hand-picked, anointed, and appointed by God for such a time as this to minister to the needs of those who are lost, hurt, broken and spiritually hungry. To give you a brief history about this faithful servant of the Lord; Apostle Williams was born on the island of Jamaica, in the city of Montego Bay, and he has made the United States his home since 1983. He is the former Pastor of The Rock of Eden Deliverance Ministries, in Perine, Florida, and the former Senior Pastor of a small body of believers at The Voice of Deliverance Christian Center once located in the North Miami, Florida. While there he pastored, and ministered to the needs of the broken through the preaching of the Gospel, under the prophetic, healing, deliverance anointing along with a mantel of impartation. Today, he now pastors and spiritually fathers along with his wife Pastor/Prophetess Althea Williams those outside of the four walls of the church building both locally, and internationally. In addition, he is the admissions director of the Holy Spirit School of Ministry & the Holy Spirit School of Chaplaincy along with their evangelical outreach ministry – The Voice of Deliverance Ministries International. In addition to sitting at the feet of the HOLY SPIRIT, the Lord has hand kicked two key people to be in his life on this ministry journey. Pastor Benny Hinn, who was placed in his life by the Lord as being one of his Master Teachers, and Pastor/Bishop V.T. Williams as being his Pastor & Spiritual father who spoke into his life during the early stages of his ministry over 38 years ago. Hence the Mantel of these powerful servants of God in the prophetic/healing/deliverance ministry, and the passion of winning SOULS has been placed upon his life. Apostle Williams known as a man of the word received his ministerial training after his training from the Holy Spirit at the Brooklyn Tabernacle Bible College. Apostle Williams and his wife Althea Williams are also former hosts of a series of ministry radio talk shows on Gospel Reggae FM in North Miami, Florida. They have also appeared as Featured Pastors on TBN Pembroke Pine, Florida where they received an internationally viewing audience. Apostle Williams messages have been aired on the local cable TV networks through-out the Miami areas, where he had faithful viewers. Currently all radio shows namely, "A Moment with God" hosted by Apostle Williams can still be accessed via the internet worldwide by going to the show archives on TALK SHOE radio & BLOGTALKRADIO from several different networks, or by the links on his websites 24hrs a day.
Over the years, Apostle Leroy Williams experienced how the enemy went on a rampage to destroy him at the tender age of 16years old. It was this experience that lead him to accepting Christ as his personal Savior. After a period of healing & deliverance by the Lord at the age of 17years, he was able to regain his health. Years later he became a husband and father of three girls during the life of his 1 marriage. As a result of not having a supportive helpmate in the ministry the Lord allowed him to go through a transition process, and connected him with his now wife and divine helpmate Pastor/Prophetess 1st Lady Althea Williams whom he refers to her as a blessing from the Lord.
During his years of transition it was at that point the storms increased causing experiences that almost took his life, but at the same time propelled him to greater heights in his fellowship with the Lord. According to Apostle Williams he went through pure agony that he now refers to as “SPIRITUAL WICKEDNESS IN HIGH PLACES". It did not however take too many of those experiences for him to seek the Lord for complete deliverance from the Spirit of Jezebel that seek to destroy him, his ministry, his life, his family, and his then marriage. Like many leaders in the church who encounter emotional brokenness, hurt, pain and physical scars, he never thought that one day he too would become one of these men. Over a period of 24 years he endured the pain of those very difficult circumstances, and lived to see where the great God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob sent deliverance to him by removing all the hindrances from his life.
Alone with God...he continued to seek him for divine guidance, and over-time he saw how the Lord used his pass experiences to transform his life. Although the process of going through was terribly painful, it also made him strong. The Lord now uses his life as an example to influence others. He now understands how the Lord use’s situations the enemy meant for bad, and turns them into good. According to Apostle Williams...sometimes we might not understand why the Lord does things the way in which he does, but the storm that he experienced as a pastor, husband, and father was almost more than he could bear, and as a result the Lord has now truly blessed, and healed him in the process.
Apostle Leroy Williams lives a consecrated life to the service of the Lord. In so doing, The God of Abraham has delivered him, and set him free from the pass. He says his life no longer belongs to him, but to the Lord, because he has allowed the precious Holy Spirit to direct his every path. He now knows that the scars will always remind him of the pass, and stepping away from the will of God could also cause him to be right back in a place of bondage. Passionately, he describes that he is now in a place where no vultures can befall him, and where no prey can come nigh him, and where God is his rock, refuge, strength and shield. He is motivated, focused on the call, has a clear vision of who he is in Christ, and what his purpose is in this life.
In light of his quest to focus on his call and ministry; The Lord has steered him towards the path of his divine destiny. As he and his wife Althea Williams covenants with the Lord to do his work. His passion is to preach the Gospel, and teach the body of Christ under the prophetic/healing/deliverance anointing along with signs, wonders, and miracles. In addition, his objective is to see the subjects he writes about taken to the pulpit, airways, and other medias. By so doing he will see the captives set free, the bound loosed, and the lost saved. His prayer is that the Lord will surround him with the right people to help accomplish God’s will for his life & ministry with ease. PASTOR/PROPHETESS ALTHEA WILLIAMS
Althea Marscene Williams, a licensed and ordained Pastor/Chaplain of the Gospel of Christ as well as Prophetess, Evangelist & Teacher who has been hand-picked, anointed, and appointed by God for such a time as this to minister to the needs of those who are lost, hurt, broken & spiritually hungry. To give you a brief history about this servant of God; Althea was born on the island of Jamaica, in the city of Kingston, and has made the United States her home since 1984. In 1998 Althea became a contestant in the Mrs. Florida-America Pageant where she represented Palm Beach County. She is a former (AFTRA & AEA) union Actress, and Lifestyle Model. As well as the former President/CEO of Wink Model and Talent Agency, Inc. where she represented over 2,000 clients as their agent. Her goal was to assist fellow actors in their quest for success in the entertainment industry. After spending 5 years as an Agent & Personal Manager, Althea decided that it was time to focus once again on her own acting career. In doing so, she dissolved the Agency, and later opened Blue Mountain Entertainment Inc. It was with this company that she had intended on using to launch her career through her writing. One of Althea’s 1st authored project was a TV treatment for a one-woman show called “Simmer Down” that is listed and registered today with The Writers Guild of America. However, before completing the script for this treatment, she felt the burning desire to seek the Lord for divine direction. After diligently doing so…the Holy Spirit spoke to her about pursuing her writing, and as a result this became the turning point in everything that she does. She is one of 40 female authors who co-authored the book "Victorious Living For Women" released in 2009 where she wrote a chapter entitled "I'm A Victor In This Battle" where it discusses how one can live a victorious life during their salvation walk.
She was one of twenty ministers who served on the ministerial staff at the Greater Bethel Primitive Baptist Church located in the inner city of Palm Beach County, Florida when the Holy Spirit released her from her post shortly after the passing of her former Pastor-Rev. R.J. Hendley in June of 2007. This opened the door for her to focus on the Ministry the Lord has called her to. Today as the former pastor of a small body of congregation at The Voice of Deliverance Christian Center, once located in North Miami, Florida both Althea and her husband Apostle Leroy Williams now pastors those outside of the four walls of the church building. In addition, the Lord has entrusted them with the Holy Spirit School of Ministry & the Holy Spirit School of Chaplaincy along with their evangelical outreach ministry - The Voice of Deliverance Ministries International. In addition to sitting at the feet of the HOLY SPIRIT, the Lord has hand-picked two key people to be in her life on this ministry journey. One of which is Pastor Benny Hinn of the Signs and Wonders School of Ministry, who was placed in her life by the Lord as being one of his master teachers, and Apostle Leroy Williams her husband & Pastor who prophetically speaks into her life. Hence the Mantel of these powerful servants of God in the prophetic/healing/deliverance ministry, and the passion for winning SOULS has been placed upon her life. Although in the beginning she had no formal ministerial training other than majoring in Elementary Education at the Palm Beach Community College; she has always been a devout student of the bible, and she saw how the precious Holy Spirit opened doors for her to become a student of The Signs and Wonders school of Ministry, then later Palm Beach Atlantic University School of Ministry, and now a candidate for her Honorary Doctorate Degree in Theology from the Florida Theological University.
As she continues with her writing the Lord continues to use her skills and expertise in working with hurting women & children both in the secular & ministerial environments. In addition, Althea is currently on the active list of Substitute Teachers with the Palm Beach County School District where she serves on an as needed basis. She also formerly co-hosts ministry radio shows with her husband on Gospel Reggae FM in North Miami, FL. Over the years, she experienced how the enemy went on a rampage to abort her ministry at the tender age of 12 years, shortly after she accepted Christ as her personal Savior. She did not allow those experiences however, to keep her away from returning to her first love with the Lord. After a period of recovery, Althea was able to bounce back to normalcy. Years later during her 1st marriage she became a wife and mother of two boys, and although at that time she lived her life as an unsaved, she encountered several life changing experiences since. Today she calls it a time of discovery, learning, and growth. This experience almost took her life, but at the same time propelled her to greater heights in her fellowship with the Lord where she completely yields her life to his service. Like many women who encounter emotional brokenness, hurt, pain and physical scars; she never thought that one day she too would become one of these women.
In walking in her divine purpose, she saw how the Lord used her pass experiences to transform her life. Although the process of going through was terribly painful, it also made her strong. The Lord now uses her life as an example to influence others. She now understands how the situations the enemy tried to make meant for bad the Lord turns them into good. According to Althea, the drama she experienced in trying to make a fresh start in her spiritual life was more than she could bear. As a result the Lord has truly healed, and transformed her in the process. Althea has yielded herself to the service of the Lord, and in so doing he has delivered her, and set her free from the pass. Her life no longer belongs to her, but to the Lord, because she has truly allowed him to direct her every path. Althea knows that the scars will always remind her of the pass, and stepping away from the will of God could also cause her to lose her healing. She is now in a place where no vultures can befall her, and where no prey can come nigh her, God is her rock, refuge, strength & shield. As a result of the love of God in her heart, she can still love her predators regardless of how great the pain was. She is motivated, focused on the call, has a clear vision of who she is in Christ, and what her purpose is in this life.
